Ginny H. I first bought a box of packets at Whole Foods, and recently bought a jar online. This coconut oil is superior to whatever else I've used. Have been using it now for several years, and have no plans to discontinue. Since I live in Florida, the consistency is frequently liquid. Solid or liquid, it's still the same product. It's also been good in healing small wounds. I can't say enough about how pleasing the coconut oil has been for me. Fabulous.
