This stuff is fantastic. I was introduced to coconut oil by a tattoo artist who told me that it a superior moisturizer, is more breathable, and helps stave off infection better than any other product he'd tried, including Aquaphor, Eucerin, and Lubriderm. I wholeheartedly agree. It's not greasy and smells nice too. Since coconut oil is solid at room temperature and liquefies at 76 degrees it can be a little harder to use or be messier than other options in certain ambient temperatures, but I don't find that an inconvenience. All in all I think it's great.
It’s too bad. It’s a great scrub. Good ingredients that leaves my skin feeling fresh and moisturized. However, the customer service is far from acceptable. I ordered a scent that I did not care for. I asked to exchange it for the unscented version with which they replied I could - if I paid for shipping. I’m sorry, but I’m not paying $18 to ship back a $25 product. In the world of Amazon returns, I’d suggest revisiting your return/exchange policy.
I’ve used the product twice and it is a good coconut oil. The oil in a tube is very helpful not just for travel but also for use on the body at home. I would have liked a larger sized tube but understand this is meant to comply with FAA regs. However, it’s a bit pricey at $23.00 for 3.4 oz of coconut oil. I had to squeeze quite a bit to get the oil to the top of the tube so I question if indeed 3.4 oz of product was inside. But all in all, the packaging is convenient.
