4 Keto-Friendly & Sugar-Free Desserts for the Whole Family

CoCo is a popular butter replacement to add a new natural sweetness to your dishes and boost desserts to have an overall health & immunity boost!

To celebrate National Dessert Day (or if you're like us, that's everyday!) we put together 4 low carb desserts that the whole family will love with our favorite superfood, coconut oil! 

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

*vegan, gluten-free, dairy free, soy free, sugar free

What you'll need:

  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1/4 cup date syrup
  • 1/4 cup Conscious Coconut oil
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate
  • 3/4 cup macadamia nuts

How to:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Mix wet & dry ingredients separately - then combine, folding in chocolate and nuts
  3. Refrigerate dough for 20 minutes then scoop and bake for 11-13 minutes

CoCo Peanut Butter Chocolate Dates

Peanut Butter Chocolate Dates

*gluten-free, dairy free, keto, sugar free

What you'll need:

  • 1 tbsp Conscious Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 scoops unflavored collagen (optional!)
  • Medjool dates

How to:

  1. Melt coconut oil, peanut butter, and chocolate chips together
  2. Mix in collagen for added benefits
  3. Cut dates in half and scoop up the mixture onto it
  4. Freeze for 15 minutes + enjoy!

3-Ingredient CoCo Freezer Bark

Chocolate Bark

*vegan, gluten-free, dairy free, soy free, keto*, sugar free

What you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup Conscious Coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (use keto alternative if needed!)

How to:

  1. In a small pot heat the coconut oil + stir in the cocoa powder and syrup. Stir until thick fudge sauce consistency.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour chocolate mixture onto the sheet. Add any toppings you'd like - coconut flakes, chia seeds, etc.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes then break into pieces and enjoy! Store extra in the freezer in an airtight container!

No-Bake CoCo Cookie Dough Bites

No-Bake Cookie Dough Bites

*vegan, dairy free, soy free, keto*, sugar free

What you'll need:

  • 1/3 cup nut butter
  • 3 tbsp Conscious Coconut oil
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup (use keto alternative if needed!)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 cup+ chocolate chips

How to:

  1. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in the other. Add dry ingredients into wet bowl mixing together. Fold in chocolate chips + roll into balls.
  2. Freeze for 1 hour
  3. Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1 tbsp of Conscious Coconut oil together and dip the balls in! Place back into the freezer and enjoy!
