This is not the Spring 2020 that we were all expecting, huh?! When we look back on the past ten years of economic prosperity and comfort, an event like this really puts things into perspective.

So how has this impacted Conscious Coconut? Our mission here is to give everyone the tools they need to live their healthiest and happiest lives. We have been doing everything we can to continue to provide you a healthy, positive experience as we have done the last five years.

SHOP STATUS

Let’s start with our coconut family shops. Many of these small shops are reopening for business. There may be reduced foot traffic, but it's important to support your small businesses! Coconut oil is a great tool for a vacation, staycation, recipes - you name it. We're here to help you stay healthy and happy.

HELP OTHERS

Through our one-to-one platform, we are honored to donate a meal to a child in need through Feeding America for every product sold. Since March 1, 2020 we have donated TWO meals (instead of 1) to a child in need for every product sold through Feeding America. We have fed over 20,000 kiddos during the pandemic and will continue filling bellies as long as we're in business. 

The Feeding America network of food banks continues to provide food to people struggling with hunger across the country. One of the most significant impacts of the pandemic has been school closures. Without access to school meals, children have lost a consistent source of healthy food. Feeding America has established a fund to support food banks. The COVID-19 Response Fund will help food banks across the country as they support communities impacted by the pandemic. The fund will enable food banks to secure the resources they need to efficiently serve the most vulnerable members of the community.

SUPPORT ESSENTIAL WORKERS

Doctors, nurses, healthcare workers, social workers, cleaners, retail associates, transit workers, home health aides, and even those who provide support for victims of domestic violence. These are just a few examples of the essential workers that are risking their lives to keep their friends, families, and communities safe and healthy. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support these essential workers by sending them coconut oil packets to use for at home self-care, an immunity boost, or simply just to put a smile on their face.
